Larry started LRDC back in '96. He is a retired farmer and recently retired from the USPS. Since retirement, Larry spends as much time as he can with his wife Brenda, his 7 grandkids and checking off hunts he has on his bucket list. Larry has been hunting these same spots since he was a kid so he knows how to put you on the birds.
Justin grew up working and hunting on his family farm. He is now farming and owns a parts store with his wife Nicole. They have 2 girls and twin boys due in December. Justin spends every day of the season either hunting or scouting. The best part about having him guide you is getting to watch his black lab, Diva, do her thing. Rest assured, when Justin is taking you out he will have done his homework and will give you a great opportunity to fill your limit.
Tripp came to LRDC on a duck hunt way back in 1999 and since they couldn't get rid of him they put him to work. Tripp is in the construction business back in Georgia, but that is just to pay for his shells. If Tripp isn't swinging a hammer he is chasing hogs, turkey, or anything else you can legally shoot at. He has guided duck hunts from Canada to Argentina, so know your in good hands when he is leading your group to the blind.
Ron, AKA "Lonewolf", is one of Larry's oldest hunting buddies. He is a retired engineer for Union Pacific Rail Road and retired dog trainer. He definitely hasn't let retirement slow him down. He now gets to spend his free time with his wife Carolyn, traveling all over riding their mules and spending time with his 3 grandkids. Ron's son, Lyle, and Justin were together with their dads when they took their first ducks. There wont be a dull moment when your with Lonewolf in the blind. The only problem is trying to make a good shot while your laughing from all his stories.
